People who sleep on their side and have shoulder or upper back pain should also consider the pressure-relieving qualities of a mattress before buying it, as poor pressure relief can cause tension in these areas.
Even so, some recent reviewers have mentioned issues related to Mattress Firm's customer service, delivery, costs, and lifespan of the mattress purchased. I don't know if the hot tub is affiliated with the Mattress Firm itself or not, but I will limit my opinion to talking about the mattress and the structure, as well as the sales experience.
